I just wanted to take a moment to thank you so much for the unbelieveable support and for caring. From Isabella via chat yesterday to Alex via email today this has been the most unparalleled customer experience I have ever had. My daughter-in-law just called me and sent me pictures - they are beautiful. It was a nice to bring some beauty to her as she goes through such a difficult time.

I received my Eternal Fleur nine red roses in the Acrylic box almost three years ago. They were even moved Cross-country a year ago in the moving van than brought our possessions. They are still flawless and the aroma is delectable. I blow gently on them to clean/dust them and oh how the aroma rises into my bedroom. I know they are said to last a year. Mine will, however, be three in one month. My youngest daughter sent them to me for my birthday. Today, her birthday, I'm sending them to her. LOVE...
